WHAT WE DO

Every port, patched in.

PORT 01

Tech Support

On-site and remote support for the everyday stuff — laptop and desktop repair, network troubleshooting, hardware setup, workstation deployment, and the tickets that pile up when there's no in-house IT to catch them.

  • Laptop & desktop repair
  • Troubleshooting
  • Hardware setup
  • Workstation deployment
  • Ongoing support
PORT 02

Structured Cabling

Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fiber runs — pulled, terminated, and dressed right the first time. Every drop labeled, tested, and certified before we call the job done.

  • Cable runs & termination
  • Patch panels
  • Labeling
  • Test & certify
PORT 03

Rack Builds

Server racks, network cabinets, and full data center builds from the ground up — mounting, power distribution, and cable management laid out so the next person's job is easier, not harder.

  • Rack & cabinet builds
  • Data center builds
  • Equipment mounting
  • Power & cable management
  • Layout planning
PORT 04

Camera Installation

Security cameras mounted, run, and configured — PoE cabling back to the NVR, positioning that actually covers what matters, and remote viewing set up before we leave.

  • PoE camera runs
  • NVR/DVR setup
  • Mounting & positioning
  • Remote viewing
PORT 05

Documentation

SOPs, training docs, network diagrams, as-built records — the documentation that's supposed to exist but usually doesn't. Written so the next person (maybe you, in six months) can actually use it.

  • SOPs
  • Training docs
  • Network diagrams
  • As-built records
PORT 06

General Consulting

Got a tech question and just need a hand? Buying new hardware, planning an upgrade, or trying to figure out what's actually wrong — ask. No contract required, and no job's too small.

  • Buying advice
  • Second opinions
  • Upgrade planning
  • No job too small

HOW A JOB RUNS

Five steps, in order, every time.

  1. 01

    Scope

Walk the site or talk through the issue, and figure out exactly what's needed before anything's quoted.

  2. 02

    Plan

Map out the approach — materials, timeline, and what "done" looks like — before any work starts.

  3. 03

    Do the Work

Cable pulled, rack built, camera mounted, hardware fixed, question answered — whatever the job calls for.

  4. 04

    Verify

Tested, certified, or confirmed working — nothing's finished until it's checked. See the readout below.

  5. 05

    Document

Notes, labels, or a summary handed off so there's a record of what was done.

STEP 04, UP CLOSE

If it isn't verified, it isn't done.

Every job gets checked before we sign off. For cabling, that means a full certification report — wire map, length, and signal loss against spec. For everything else, it's whatever proof fits the work: a tested login, a working camera feed, a rack that powers up clean. You get the results, not just our word.
